Men’s draw

World Championship silver medallist Srikanth Kidambi has been seeded seventh in the tournament while Lakshya Sen has been seeded eighth. Srikanth will face a qualifier in the first round. He finds himself in the same group as World No.3 Anders Andersen.
Lakshya Sen will kickstart his campaign by facing counterpart Sameer Verma in the first round. He is in the same group that has third seed Anthony Sinisuka Ginting.
Other Indians in the fray include Parupalli Kashyap, Sai Praneeth and HS Prannoy.
Men’s Doubles
In men’s doubles, Chirag Shetty and Satwiksairaj Rankireddy have been seeded third and they have an easy draw. They will face Indonesian pair Muhammad Shohibul Fikri and Bagas Maulana in the first round.
Dhruv Kapila and MR Arjun, will be up against Indonesia’s Fajar Alfian and Muhammad Rian Ardianto in the opening round, while the third Indian pair of Krishna Prasad Garaga and Vishnuvardhan Panjala will face a qualifier in the first round.

Two-time Olympic medallist PV Sindhu will be keen to make a comeback after early exits at the German Open & All England Badminton. She is seeded second and will face Denmark’s Line Kjaersfeldt in the first round.
Meanwhile, Saina Nehwal, who is on a comeback trail will face seventh seed Wang Zhiyi in the first round. She is in a relatively tough group as it also has Third seeded Chinese He Bingjiao.
Doubles draw
In women’s doubles, Ashwini Ponnappa and Sikki Reddy are seeded sixth and will open the tournament against Switzerland’s A Muller and J Stadelmann.
Meanwhile Treesa Jolly and Gayathri Gopichand, who reached the semi-finals of the All-England Open will start their campaign against Thailand’s Jongkolphan Kititharakul and Rawinda Prajongjai.
Mixed Doubles
India’s mixed doubles pair Tanisha Crasto and Ishan Bhatnagar will kickstart their campaign against Malaysia’s Chen Tang Jie and Peck Yen Wei. Meanwhile, Venkat Gaurav Prasad and Juhi Dewangan will face Germany’s Mark Lamsfuss and Isabel Lohau.
