Jamshedpur Continuous Annealing and Processing Company Private Limited (JCAPCPL) is a JV of Tata Steel Ltd and Nippon Steel Corporation and Sumitomo Metal Corporation. Sports Climbing has seen steady growth in the last few years after it was included as a medal event in Tokyo Olympics.

- To support the academy’s up-and-coming athletes
- To develop grass-roots centres
- To provide foreign exposure
- To install modular climbing walls at the feeder centres

TSAF CSA: To develop elite athletes nationwide and support the Olympic dream of India, the TSAF CSA is combining state-of-the-art facilities and sports science. The priorities of TSAF are the following.
- To grow the reach of grass-root development
- To scout the talent pool to build a strong group
The kids performing the best at the current centres from the areas, including Dimna, Pipla, Pursudih, Rajnagar, Bagunhathu and Tinplate will be trained at the academy.
