Ryan Garcia’s day starts with a Yakult drink which is a probiotic beverage for a smooth digestive process followed by a 5-mile run and 8 rounds of shadow boxing. He also adds some sets of abs exercises and a resistance band workout to wind up his morning session.

The Flash will eat his first breakfast which includes avocado toast with turkey breast, cheese, a fried egg, and a glass of orange juice. Sometimes, he would skip breakfast and just have a cup of coffee. At 12 pm, he heads for the gym for a 3 and half-hour boxing session along with cold therapy to relax his muscles.

At lunch, Ryan will have a ground turkey with freshly made salsa and guacamole, paired with rice on lettuce wraps. KingRy is conscious of his health and dietary plan so he has appointed a chef who looks after his meal, weigh them, and cook accordingly. At dinner, Ryan would usually skip his dinner or have light food to maintain his everyday calories.

Apart from the regular diet plan, the former interim champion will have a strict 3-month schedule with strict training and diet.
