Just a week after the completion of French Open 2023, preparations for Wimbledon are set to get underway. Top Tennis players are set to get their campaign underway on grass courts for the first time this season at the Queen's Club Championships 2023.

Queen’s Club Championships: Just a week after the completion of French Open 2023, preparations for Wimbledon are set to get underway. Top Tennis players are set to get their campaign underway on grass courts for the first time this season at the Queen’s Club Championships 2023. The tournament begins on Monday, 19th June 2023, Monday. The ATP 500 event will be played on outdoor grass courts at the Queen’s Club in London. Carlos Alcaraz is the top seed in the tournament. Holger Rune, Taylor Fritz, Frances Tiafoe and local favorite Cameron Norrie will also be in action in the tournament.

First Quarter

Carlos Alcaraz leads first quarter

After bowing out from the semifinal at the French Open, Carlos Alcaraz will begin his action on grass courts at the Queen’s Club Championships. Alcaraz is the top seed and he will be facing qualifier Arthur Fils in the first round.

Eighth seed Francisco Cerundolo is the only other seeded player in the draw. He faces Tommy Paul in the first round. Jiri Lehecka, Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, Grigor Dimitrov and Emil Ruusuvuori are also present in the draw.

Frances Tiafoe and Cameron Norrie in second quarter

Fourth seed Frances Tiafoe and fifth seed Cameron Norrie lead the second quarter of the draw. Frances Tiafoe enters the tornament on the back of a terrific form. He clinched the title at the Boss Open and hopes to carry forward the run at the Queen’s. He will begin his action in the tournament by facing Botic van de Zanschulp.

Cameron Norrie will be playing at his home and he returns to action after the French Open. The fifth seed will face Miomir Kecmanovic in the first round. While Norrie and Tiafoe are likely to set up clash in the quarterfinal, other player in the draw include Sebastian Korda, Dan Evans, Jordan Thompson and Milos Raonic.

Taylor Fritz headlines third quarter

After bowing out from the quarterfinal at the Stuttgart Open, Taylor Fritz will aim for a much better show at the Queen’s Club. He is the third seed in the tournament and will be facing Zapatta Miralles in the first round.

Andy Murray is also in the same quarter. The unseeded Briton is entering the tournament after winning back to back titles on grass. He will face seventh seed Alex de Minaur in the first round. Diego Schwartzman or Mackenzie McDonald will be the likely opponents for Murray if he advances to the second round. Adrian Mannarino and Liam Broady are also part of the draws.

Holger Rune leads final quarter

Holger Rune is the second seed and he will headline action in the final quarter. Rune begins action against Maxime Cressy in the first round. He is likely to face Ugo Humbert or Ryan Peniston in the second round.

Lorenzo Musetti, who is the sixth seed is the other seeded player in the quarter. The Italian begins his action against wildcard entrant Jan Choinski. Americans JJ Wolf and Ben Shelton are the other players in the draw.They will be facing each other in the first round.
