UP Yoddha vs Dabang Delhi – 7.30 pm

Having managed just a solitary win in six games so far, UP Yoddha will be up against a stiff challenge from Dabang Delhi, who are currently sitting comfortably at the second spot in the points table. UP Yoddha, having signed Pardeep Narwal at the auctions, haven’t really performed to their potential. Pardeep Narwal is currently the highest scorer of his team with 44 raid points.

He is also ably supported by Surender Gill, who was particularly impressive in the last game as he scored almost 50% of the team’s total by earning 14 valuable points. Their defence comprising Nitesh Kumar, Sumit and Ashu Singh haven’t stepped up so far. Against a team like Delhi it is important for Yoddha to strut their defence.

Naveen Kumar and co will however look to continue their impressive run when they step on the mat. The team has so far put up a good all-round show and will be hoping to add three more points which will propel them to the number one spot on the points table.

U Mumba vs Telugu Titans – 8.30 pm

U Mumba will look to get back to winning ways when they take on the Telugu Titans after playing out a tie against Haryana Steelers in their last game.

In Ajith Kumar and Abhishek Singh, U Mumba have a strong raiding duo, who have been doing the bulk of the scoring for their team. They will be licking their lips once again when they face a frail Titans defence which was exposed against Naveen Kumar during their last game.

Telugu Titans will however look to gain positives from their last game where they put up a gritty fight against Dabang Delhi only to lose the match by one point. (36-35). Without their star raider Siddharth Desai, youngster Rajnish, playing just his second game of the season stepped up for the Titans by picking up 20 points. Their defence however needs to step up against a strong U-Mumbai.

Gujarat Giants vs Patna Pirates – 9.30 pm

Gujarat Giants which is currently struggling having won just one game in the league so far will take on an in-form Patna Pirates.

The star-studded Gujarat defence comprising Ravinder Pahal, Girish Ernak and Parvesh Bhainswal had no clue against Vikas Kandola during their last encounter against the Haryana Steelers and they hope their defenders get back to form against an in-form Patna Pirates.

For Gujarat, raider Rakesh Sangroya is the main man who took 19 points during their last game. Rakesh Narwal has also been impressive in the raids having racked up 44 points in six games so far. Despite some brilliant individual performances the team has failed to convert it into wins.

Patna will be wary of the strong defence that Gujarat possess but Monu Goyat and Sachin so far have been impressive in the raids and one can hope for another strong show from the duo.
