After the Paris Olympics 2024, the attention has now shifted to the PKL Auctions 2024, that are scheduled to take place in Mumbai on August 15, 16. Once again, the fans are eager to find out, as to what teams their favorite stars make. If one follows the buzz on social media regarding the Pro Kabaddi Auction, then the fans are most curious about all-rounder Aslam Inamdar, who has had excellent last couple of seasons, and played a crucial role in India winning the gold medal at the Asian Games 2023.
And rightly so. He has been mighty consistent for Puneri Paltan in the last two seasons. Aslam Inamdar was exception in PKL 10, where he scored 168 points in 23 matches for his side, and took them to a maiden title win. In 2022, he was equally good with 150 points in 17 matches. If one goes a year back further, then his 23 matches fetched 189 points. That is a staggering number considering, he doesn’t raid that often, and keeps switching his roles, as per the situation.
Will Aslam Inamdar Enter PKL 11 Auction?
Looking at the value he bring to the Puneri Paltan side, the management has decided to retain him. In fact, the defending champs have retained 15 players from the last season, showing the trust in the side. So Aslam Inamdar will not be a part of PKL 11 Auction. But it goes without saying, if Aslam was a part of the auction, he could well have become of the costliest players in PKL.

Who are the Big Names in Pro Kabaddi Auction?
As has been the norm for the last couple of the editions, Pawan Sehrawat has entered the auction once again. The India captain, who had fetched a massive INR 2.61 cr bid at the 2023 auction, could make the record again. Then after playing at the UP Yoddhas for a few years Pardeep Narwal would be in the mix as well, and he could attract a huge bid. Bengal Warriors veteran Maninder Singh will be in the auction list too.
