The highly anticipated Pro Kabaddi League season 11 (PKL 11) auction will take place on August 15 and 16. A total of 88 players across three categories have been retained by the teams. The non-retained players, including stars Pawan Sehrawat, Pardeep Narwal, Maninder Singh, Fazel Atrachali and Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh will go under the hammer in the auction. The teams have a salary purse with a cap of Rs 5 crores for the PKL 11 auction.

The retention list sees 22 stars from the Elite Retained Players (ERP) category, 26 in the Retained Young Players (RYP) category and 40 in the Existing New Young Players (ENYP). The auction will see the players divided into four categories, namely – A, B, C & D. They will further be sub-divided as all-rounders, defenders and raiders under each category. Over 500 players are expected to be a part of the auction pool.
