Paris Olympics Day 7: Lakshya Sen enters historic semis, Indian Archers lose bronze medal

On Day 7 of the Paris Olympics, Manu Bhaker continued her historic run, making it a hat-trick of finals. On Saturday, she will aim for another medal. In another historic turn of events, Lakshya Sen became the first male Indian shuttler to enter semifinals. He beat Chinese Taipei’s Chou Tien-chen 19-21, 21-15, 21-12. However, India mixed archery team fell short of a bronze medal, losing the match to the USA. India Men’s Hockey Team also broke their Aussie jinz beating the Men in Yellow 3-2 in the last Pool match after 52 years in Olympics.
