The Paris Olympics will not be Nassar’s first time representing his country on the global stage. He first qualified for the mega event at the London Olympics in 2012. There is a strong possibility that he could win a medal this time, as he reached the final in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

Nassar’s passion for riding began at a young age—he started riding horses at the age of five and began jumping at ten. The 33-year-old American-Egyptian was born in Chicago and raised in Kuwait.
