India U18 Volleyball has been handed a comprehensive 3-0 defeat by Pakistan in the 15th Asian Men’s U18 Volleyball Championship in Bahrain. Despite fighting the Indian boys went down fighting to their arch rivals. Albeit a close fight in the opening 2 sets, India were outclassed in the 3rd set.
Pakistan built on their early pressure and went on to secure a comfortable 3-0 win with a score line of 25-20, 29-27, and 25-15. The championship matches are held in Bahrain with Pakistan’s next match being scheduled against Kuwait.

Pakistan outclass India
In an high entertaining encounter, tensions were high as the two rivals locked horns with each other. Bu the Indians were unable to handle the pressure. On the flip side, the Boys in Green showed grit and composure to secure wins in three straight sets to seal the tie.
India went down early in the first set with a score of 25-20. But it was the second set where India was keen in putting up a real fight. They showed great resilience by forcing the set to go into the tie breakers. Eventually, Pakistan reigned supreme with a score of 20-27.
And finally in the last set of the game, the Pakistani’s were unbeatable. With a 2-0 set advantage, they routed the Indians to secure a comfortable win. With this emphatic win, the chairman of the Pakistan Volleyball Federation has promised a reward of $100 for each player and support staff for beating their arch rivals.
