The NBA All-Star Weekend this year will be held at Cleveland. The final event of the weekend will feature the clash between the iconic team Durant vs team Lebron. NBA All-Star Weekend 2022: A total of 5 different events will be a part of this unique weekend. Some of these contents include the likes of Rising Stars, Slam Dunk contents, and others. However, the star attraction of the weekend will be held on the final day, i.e 20th February which will see team Durant take on team Lebron.

Chlorox Rising Stars
Four teams will be competing in the first event of the weekend, Chlorox Rising Stars. The teams will play 3 games with a different points system. The first two games will conclude once a team reaches the 50 scores while the last game will end when a team reaches 25 scores. Unlike the traditional format of the game, the game will not run on the clock, rather on the point being made.

Taco Bell Skills Challenge
The second event of the weekend will be a competition among Three teams, the Antetokounmpo brothers, the Cavaliers, and rookies who will compete in a competition that consists of four different rounds. In the first three rounds, all the three teams will compete while in the last event will be a clash among the top 2 teams in terms of points achieved. The three rounds will be based on shooting, passing, and dribbling.

MTN DEW 3-Point Contest
This special event is an individual event. Each player will get the chance to score a maximum of 40 points. In the allotted 70 seconds, a player will have to shoot that 27 balls. The highest three scorers of the round will then move ahead into the championship round. And finally, the highest scorer of this round will be adjudged as the winner of this competition.

AT&T Slam Dunk
Four competitors will take part in this Slam Dunk contest. Each individual gets the chance of two dunks for the first round. The top two players in terms of collective dunk points will move ahead to the last round. Yet again the players will get two dunks, and ultimately the player with the highest combined dunk score in the final round will be adjudged as the winner.

The star attraction of the NBA All-Star event will be this iconic encounter between Team Durant vs Team Lebron which will take part on 20th February. Unlike a traditional game, the rules of this game will be a bit different. The winning team will have to hit the target score that will be assigned to them with time being no constraint. The target score will be assigned based on the team’s performance and scoring based on the first three-quarters of the game.
