PV Sindhu Loses in Semifinals: Sindhu starded on a grand note as she won the 1st game 21-15. But her joy was short-lived. Ratchanok who is hailed as one of the most gifted player on BWF circuit completely outpowered Sindhu in the 2nd game. Ratchanok won the completely one-side game by 21-9.
The 3rd and deciding game was also played on the same pattern as 2nd. The Thai champion with her deft placements and beautiful wristy shots on net did not allow any room for Sindhu to attack.
Ratchanok finally prevailed 21-14 to enter the finals of Indonesia Open & where she will take on Korea’s An SeYoung.
On the other hand Sindhu was left to rue one more defeat at the hands of Ratchanok as well another loss in the semfinals of BWF Event.
