India at U20 World Athletics Championships

If we look back at the past few years, in the 2022 U20 World Athletics Championships, India ended joint-25th with Nigeria and Ecuador, where they claimed three medals—two silvers and one bronze. In the 2023 U20 World Athletics Championships in Cali, Colombia, India had a fair share of success, with Shaili Singh winning a silver medal in the women’s long jump and Amit Kumar securing a silver medal in the men’s 10 km race walk. Also, the mixed 4x400m relay team surprisingly achieved success by earning a bronze medal. It will be interesting to see how things go for them this time.
