India launches official & ceremonial kits for Paris 2024 Olympics

Sharath Kamal, Neeraj Chopra, PV Sindhu, Avinash Sable, Parul Chaudhary, Antim Panghal, Nikhat Zareen, Lovlina Borgohain, Kishore Jena, Manu Bhaker, Anshu Malik, and Satwiksairaj Rankireddy-Chirag Shetty will be some of the biggest stars who'll participate in the Paris Olympics.

India has launched the official and ceremonial kits for the Olympics. Unlike the last edition’s official tri-color kit, Indian athletes will don a dark and light blue mix for the Paris 2024 Games. The ceremonial kit has been changed as well, with male athletes wearing a kurta pajama and female athletes donning a saree. The Paris Olympics will commence on July 26, and after two weeks of exhilarating sporting events, they will end on August 11.

The first loom of the Indian athletes donning the new kit will be when they arrive at the official Olympics ceremony on July 26. Sharath Kamal will be India’s flagbearer in Paris. India’s best year at the Olympics was during the last edition, when they won 7 medals. This year, they’ll look to break the record and increase their tally.
