Hockey India is set to host the prestigious Women’s Asian Champions Trophy in the historic city of Rajgir, Bihar, known for its sacred sites and hot springs. The event will be held from 11th to 20th November 2024 at the newly-developed Rajgir Hockey Stadium, in collaboration with the Bihar Government.
Last year, the tournament was successfully hosted by Hockey Jharkhand in Ranchi, where India emerged as the champions. This year, along with defending champions India, top teams like China (the reigning Olympic silver medalists), Japan, Korea, Malaysia, and Thailand are expected to compete in the tournament.
