Report of cancellation in the POCSO case against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh

The allegations of the minor’s father, who made a new statement and then withdrew the sexual assault charges, were the basis for the 550-page cancellation report that the Delhi Police submitted in the POCSO case against Brij Bhushan. Police have asked for the cancellation since they couldn’t find any evidence, even after consulting the minor’s father’s statement. On July 4, a hearing regarding the dismissal of the POSCO case will take place.

When no supporting evidence is discovered, a cancellation report is produced.

The father of the young wrestler acknowledged to fabricating a case against Brij Bhushan and claimed that he was upset with Brij Bhushan since his daughter lost the 2022 Under-17 Asian Championship trial final.

Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh was the subject of two FIRs filed by the Delhi Police at the Connaught Place Police Station on April 28.

Singh has refuted every accusation and stated that if even one of them is found to be true, he will hang himself.
