And now International Olympic Committee (IOC) member Nita Ambani has claimed that she wishes to bring Olympics to India. She claimed that is the shared dream to bring the grand sporting event to the nation.
Currently at the Paris Olympics, Nita Ambani went on to India House at the Paris Olympics. The first of its kind, the temporary house serves as a platform to promote India’s culture and heritage. This is also a major step given that the country is keen on bidding to host Olympics 2036 in India.

“The day is not far when India will host the Olympic Games. May this be our collective resolve at the opening of the India House. Today, we gather here at the Paris Olympic Games 2024, to open the doors to a dream. A dream that belongs to 1.4 billion Indians. A dream to bring India to the Olympics, and our shared dream to bring the Olympics to India,” Nita Ambani said.
The dream to host the grand event in the country lives on. A year ago the Prime Minister of the country claimed that the India would leave no stone unturned to bring Olympics to the Nation for the very first time. While it is a dream for 1.4 billion people, a lot lies at stake if the dream eventually becomes a reality.
“A nation, in its journey through time reaches a tipping point. A point when it changes the course of its history. India has arrived. It is time that the flame that was first lit in Athens must light the skies of our ancient land India,” she added.
