The Bucks lost their first preseason game despite a double-double from the 2xMVP Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bobby Portis.
Giannis came out with 25 points to lead the Bucks but it just was not enough. In their last match against the Mavericks, Bobby Portis also performed really well, securing a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds.
We saw their new signing D.J. Augustin play for a healthy 30 minutes of the match. He scored 3 points and dished out 4 assists. Khris Middleton led the Bucks in assists with 4.
Jrue Holiday also played for 21 minutes but could only manage 4 points and 4 assists. The Bucks were again overdependent on Giannis for most of their points.

The Dallas Mavericks put out an impressive show last time out against the Bucks. We saw their star man Luka Doncic back in court with his excellent playmaking skills. He dished out 4 assists in 16 minutes with only a single turnover.
