In their demonstration match, Mayweather and Gotti exchanged blows for six rounds. Given that Mayweather was toying with Gotti, it was also an exhibition. Even after Mayweather and John Gotti left, fighting persisted inside the ring. Both members of the team dint want to back out. Gotti’s supporters were not willing to back out until they realised that they were outnumbered about 7000 to 20.

Both fighters Mayweather and Gotti had been trash-talking each other during their fight inside the ring, for which referee Kenny Bayless had to warn them repeatedly. As the supporters started leaving the stadium and fans watching the PPV event were left in shock and confusion referee Kenny Bayless explained that the situation occurred due to excessive trash-talking, and he wouldn’t heritage to stop a match, and that is what he did on Sunday’s boxing exhibition.

The official result declared that the Referee stopped the fight as both fighters were adamant about not following the instructions about trash talk.
