Tszyu made a statement in March when he stopped Tony Harrison in the ninth round, and he is now patiently waiting for his long-awaited world title opportunity.

Ocampo, on the other hand, enters this fight off of a round-five stoppage victory over Mauricio Gutierrez Castor in March.

The event is scheduled to begin at 1:30. The main event ringwalks are set to begin at 4:30 p.m. AEST (Sunday) / 11:30 p.m. ET / 4:30 a.m. BST. Sunday AEST, 2:30 a.m. ET, and 7:30 a.m. BST. Due to the duration of the fights on the undercard, these schedules could alter.

The fight will be streamed at Showtime in the US and DAZN or ESPN+ in the UK. On Saturday, June 17, at 11:30 p.m. ET, Broadbeach, Australia will host Tim Tszyu vs. Carlos Ocampo. Due to the time difference between the U.S. and Australia, the major fight will probably not begin until 2:30 a.m. on the east coast (officially Sunday). Showtime is airing a Premier Boxing Champions match.

In the main event tonight on DAZN, Regis Prograis makes his Matchroom debut and defends his WBC 140 lb title against Danielito Zorrilla.

Starting tonight at 8 p.m. ET from New Orleans, Wil Esco will be providing round-by-round coverage of the main event as well as highlights and results for the entire main card.

To successfully defend his WBC World Super Lightweight title, Regis Prograis (28-1, 24 KOs) is prepared. Since his defeat to Josh Taylor in 2019, which some felt should have gone to Prograis, he has added four stoppage victories. Although he is the clear favourite in the battle this Saturday, his rival is no pushover. At the very least, Danielito Zorrilla (17-1, 13 KOs) might end Prograis’ streak of knockouts because of his thick chin. Zorrilla’s lone defeat came in a resounding unanimous decision against Arnold Barboza Jr.

This Saturday night (June 17), DAZN will broadcast the event live. The main card will begin at 8 p.m. ET for fight fans. Around 11:30 p.m. ET is the anticipated time for Prograis and Zorrilla’s ring walks, though that estimate is tentative.
