The sky is the limit for rising superstar Ben Shelton. After a blockbuster 2023 season, the 21-year-old has reaped the rewards of his on-court success with a brand-new sponsorship deal.
Ahead of the Australian Open 2024, Shelton has announced a partnership with one of the most famous brands in the world, Rolex.
Making the announcement of this new partnership, Ben Shelton took to Instagram and posted images of him sporting his brand new Rolex with the caption:
“I am excited to become the newest member of the Rolex family. It is an honor to partner with a brand synonymous with excellence in our sport.”
The 22-year-old joining Rolex does not come as a shock. The company has a long history of partnerships with tennis players, the most notable being Roger Federer.
Since signing him in 2006, Federer has been the face of the company in tennis. With Shelton’s main clothing sponsor, ‘On’, being a company that Federer has a stake in, it isn’t a shock that Shelton also got a deal with Rolex.
Apart from Ben Shelton, other ‘On’ superstar and WTA No. 1 Iga Swiatek also has a deal with Rolex.
Apart from Shelton and Iga, active players like Carlos Alcaraz, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Holger Rune, Jannik Sinner, Alexander Zverev, and Dominic Thiem have a partnership with Rolex as well.
