Former world number 1 and 3-time Grand Slam champion Ash Barty was present in the stands to watch some live tennis in her home state of Queensland. However, the most interesting thing wasn’t the presence of the Australian tennis great, but rather her son Hayden, who captured the hearts of everyone in the crowd and online.
Ash Barty had decided to bring her son along to watch the men’s and women’s matches on Day 5 of the Brisbane International. While the former Australian Open champ was watching Yannick Hanfmann and Sebastian Korda go toe to toe in the round of 32, it’s safe to assume that she won’t miss Rafael Nadal‘s comeback match against Dominic Thiem later in the day.
