Men’s Asian Champions Trophy format
- The tournament will be played in a round-robin format, followed by knockout stages. In the group stage, each of the six teams will play one match against the other five. Teams will earn three points for a win and one point for a draw.
- At the end of the group stage, the top four teams will advance to the semifinals. The first-place team will face the fourth-place team in the first semifinal, while the second-place team will take on the third-place team in the second semifinal. The two teams that do not make the semifinals will compete in a fifth-place play-off.
- The winners of the semifinals will meet in the final on September 17, while the losing semifinalists will play in the third-place match.
