Just ahead of Paris Olympics 2024 Pakistani ace javelin star Arshad Nadeem suffers a major problem. The absence of top-quality javelin is causing immense problem for the star. Currently Nadeem is practicing with a locally made javelin as his international level javelin is broken. Now this is a big risk for the Pakistani star as he can get easily injured while practicing with sub standard items.
During the World Championship last year in Hungary, Nadeem gave a tough fight to India’s Neeraj Chopra. Nadeem won the sliver medal with a throw of 87.82 mts. However, the Indian bagged the gold with a superior throw of 88.17 mts.

“I have trained for the Paris Olympics with a locally-made javelin for seven to eight years. The international standard javelin I had in bad shape. Nadeem said he needs five to six high-quality javelins for international events. Using substandard local javelin could also lead to injuries,” Nadeem said.
“Most of the time ground is not available for training due to events,” Nadeem added.
Just ahead of the Paris Olympics 2024, it is a huge concern for the Pakistani star. The entire world is eagerly waiting to see the rivalry between Chopra and Nadeem yet again, and this time in the Olympics. In his bid to prepare well for the grand stage, Nadeem is slated to travel to South Africa.
