Andrew Tate breaks silence after being charged and amid rumors of getting back to Jail
Andrew Tate took to his Twitter handle to react to rumors of getting back to jail. He replied to a Twitter thread where the complete details of the Tate Brothers’ arrest were explained.
“Correct. This is the case against me,” replied Andrew Tate.

Currently, the Tate Brothers and two female suspects are charged with r*pe, a criminal offense for creating criminal groups and human trafficking. Last year, the Romanian police arrested Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate in Bucharest, and were sent to Jail until March 2023. Later, the two brothers were shifted to their house under house arrest after announcing another thorough investigation.
The Romanian Government has seized all the properties in the name of both brothers. This includes cars, properties, villas, and casinos, and also froze their bank accounts with a net worth of $300 million.
Recently, Tristan Tate also broke his silence following the heavy charges imposed on them. He tweeted, “If you forced 7 women to make TikTok videos to steal 50% of their money, how much do you think you could make?”

Ahead of the trial, both men will appear in front of the Bucharest Court on Wednesday, 11 a.m. (4 a.m. ET). The trial will proceed further until a new judgment is made.
