According to Ramona Bolla, a spokesperson for Romania’s anti-organized crime agency DIICOT, Tate failed to overturn a judge’s order from February 21, extending his arrest for a third time for 30 days.
The brothers have lost three consecutive appeals against decisions to keep them in custody while investigations are ongoing. Bolla stated that the Tate brothers would now be held in custody until at least March 29, 2023, regardless of what happens.
