For those who don’t know, his request for release from custody was denied three times in a row. The week before last, Romanian authorities renewed Tate’s arrest. At first, he was supposed to be under custody for just 30 days when he was detained in December. But it got prolonged till February 27th and now additional 30 days have been added.
As per reports, based on Tate’s phone conversations that were recorded, he posed a flight risk. The court then recognized three other justifications for detaining the brothers in custody, including the possibility of them getting escape and their influence over possible victims, so the court ordered that they should stay in jail for the sake of maintaining public order.
