Tina Glandian opens up about Andrew Tate Detention update

Tate and his brother Tristan are still in custody in Romania after authorities extended their detention till February 27. Since then, Andrew Tate hired Tina Glandian as his lawyer. She has represented the likes of Mike Tyson and Chris Brown. So as we near the end of their custody duration, let’s see what Glandian had to say.

Glandian joined LBC for an interview recently and spoke about a few different topics. Among these was an important and timely update about Tate’s arrest and detention. Glandian said,

“We’re going to find out in the next several days the existing detention order expires on February 27th. And if the prosecution intends to extend that for another 30-day period, they’ll have to make that request soon.

And then we’ll have a hearing on it. Obviously, our hope is that at this point they are released and it’s not extended, but am I optimistic about that? No.”

Therefore, this is not good news for Andrew Tate and his followers. Glandian’s comments showed that is unlikely that the authorities will release Tate and his brother on February 27.

Andrew Tate’s lawyer defends him and his comments

When Tina Glandian took the case, it raised many eyebrows. This is because of Tate’s history with his comments on women. And although she said she is not optimistic about the release on February 27, Glandian showed her support for Tate.

While speaking to LBC, she also compared Tate’s comments to rappers’ comments and pointed out how no one labels rappers as misogynistic for their lyrics. Moreover, she also reaffirmed that the authorities do not have evidence and are looking for some.

Therefore, while Glandian is not optimistic about the release, she seems confident about the case if it goes to trial.

What do you make of these comments from Tina Glandian? Do you think we will see Andrew Tate out of custody on February 27?
