In a video released by Hockey India, the 48-year old South African was seen playing the sport along with his two kids. However the one who made cuteness peak in the video was Manpreet Singh’s daughter. The former Indian captain’s 20-month old daughter Jasmine was also accompanying Craig Fulton and his kids by running around.
Fulton was seen hugging the child. Soon he got to know a video is being recorded and asked Jasmine to wave bye-bye to the video, to which she obliged in a cute way. The coach then went on to continue his game of Hockey with his kids as Jasmine too ran towards the ball.
“Match against Malaysia is important for us”
Ahead of the final encounter against Malaysia, Craig Fulton said, “It is a must-win game against Malaysia. It is really important for us.” He would want his boys to win the Asian Champions Trophy before the upcoming Asian Games.
India have been exceptional in the tournament with five wins and a draw so far from their matches. The Harmanpreet Singh-led side defeated Japan 5-0 in the semifinal. The team also defeated Malaysia 5-0 earlier in the tournament and enter the final as the overwhelming favourites.
