Andrew Tate will remain in jail for another 30 days
After a Romanian judge determined Andrew Tate is too dangerous to be freed while police continue investigating a sex trafficking case, he will spend Additional 30 days in jail. After prosecutors from DIICOT (the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism) raided their Pipera home on suspicion of sex trafficking, they have been in jail since December 29.

The two models are being kept under house arrest following today’s ruling. The Tate brothers have repeatedly begged to be released from imprisonment while the inquiry is ongoing, but Romanian courts have so far refused their requests.
The brothers’ attorneys had stated that they anticipated their release. According to Gandul, Eugen Vidineac declared that they would “fight” the decision to keep them in jail. A second attorney, Constantin Ion Gliga, stated they were “quite confident” in the result because they believed “no new evidence” had been presented.
