After a fairly quiet weekend in the sport last weekend, boxing fans can look forward to some more fun action this weekend. With four separate events happening this weekend, fans can make their pick. However, all the attention will be on the big fight between Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois. So here’s what you need to know about this week’s boxing schedule.

With so many different promotions and sanctioning bodies in the sport, there is always a boxing event happening. However, this weekend, with the return of unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk, there will be a lot more attention on the sport.

Boxing Schedule: Who is competing on the Usyk vs Dubois card?

Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois will headline a three-fight card at Stadion Wroclaw, in Wroclaw, Poland. They will compete for Usyk’s WBA, WBO, IBF, and Ring Magazine titles. The event will happen on Saturday, August 26, and will be live on BT Sport and ESPN+.

The card will also feature Denys Berinchyk vs Anthony Yigit. In addition to this, Dmytro Mytrofanov and Hamzah Sheeraz will also fight on the Usyk vs Dubois card. The first fight on the main card will feature Fiodor Czerkaszyn and Anauel Ngamissengue. There will be several other fights on the card. However, they will be before the telecast starts.

In addition to the Usyk vs Dubois bout this weekend, there is another exciting heavyweight competing. Undefeated Jared Anderson will face Andriy Rudenko in the main event of a Top Rank event. The card will also feature Efe Ajagba vs Zhan Kossobutskiy and undefeated Bakhodir Jalolov vs Onoriode Ehwarieme.

In addition, Oscar Collazo vs Garen Diagan and Nawaphon Kaikanha vs Vincent Astrolabio will also headline events this weekend. Thus, while all the attention will be on the heavyweight title bout, there are enough fights on show for fans to pick from.
