Ryan Garcia was spotted in a training session with retired world champion Floyd Mayweather, sending the entire fighting world into a frenzy.
Garcia, who is still under Golden Boy Promotions, sparked rumors of potentially signing with Mayweather Promotions when he appeared sitting beside ‘Money May’ in a basketball game.
To further intensify the situation between ‘KingRy’ and Golden Boy, Floyd Mayweather also expressed his desire to sign Ryan Garcia.
The unbeaten boxing veteran told, “I’m not looking to sign Ryan, but if he wants to sign and he’s free, I’ll sign him.”
“But if I’m not mistaken, he’s under contract. You always have to make sure things are worded right before you get a lawsuit or before you get a letter from a boxer’s promoter.”
Meanwhile, Ryan Garcia’s recent video of training with Floyd Mayweather has been highly appreciated by the boxing world. Fans also reffered to how Tank Davis’ successful boxing journey can be implemented in Garia’s career too.
Here’s a look at a few reactions from the netizens.
