The Battlegrounds Mobile India iQOO Pro Series 2024 LAN event is set for a shake-up as the Last Chance Qualifiers (LCQ) have been officially cancelled. Originally planned for February 6th to 8th, the LCQ aimed to give three additional teams a shot at LAN glory. The reason behind the cancellation has not been officially announced yet. But as per our sources, Krafton denied the permission for LCQ stage.
With the cancellation of the LCQ, the LAN event, taking place at the Noida Indoor Stadium from February 22nd to 24th, will showcase the full strength of the Pro Series finalists. This revised format guarantees a higher level of competition and potentially more familiar faces for viewers.
No Second Chance For Eliminated Teams
While the cancellation might be disappointing for teams hoping for a last-minute push, it simplifies the path to the championship and streamlines the competition for spectators. The 16 qualified teams will now have more time to strategize and prepare for the ultimate showdown.
