Nodwin Gaming announces the BGMI Masters Series (BGMS) Season 3 Format, schedule, and more details for upcoming competition.

The format for the upcoming Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS) Season 3 has been revealed. It showcases a series of engaging and competitive stages. Set to commence on July 19th, the tournament will feature 24 teams competing for the championship title. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the BGMS Season 3 format:

BGMI Masters Series (BGMS) Season 3 Format Overview

The tournament consists of four main stages: Opening Week, League Week, Playoffs, and Grand Finals. Each stage is crafted to progressively increase the level of challenge and competition among the teams.

Opening Week (July 19th – July 21st)
Opening Week marks the beginning of BGMS Season 3 and will include 24 teams—20 of which are invited directly and 4 that have secured their spots through the TVS Qualifiers (3 teams) and OneBlade Qualifiers (1 team). These teams will be organized into six groups of four.

During this initial three-day period, each team will compete in four matches. At the conclusion of Opening Week, the top 18 teams will automatically move on to League Week. The remaining six teams will face a public vote to determine which two will advance to the next stage, while the four with the fewest votes will be eliminated from the competition.

League Week (July 22nd – August 4th)
The 20 teams that progress will be divided into five groups of four during League Week. Teams will compete in a total of 24 matches throughout this stage. The performance here is critical as the top four teams will earn direct entry into the Grand Finals. The remaining 16 teams will advance to the Playoffs for another chance to qualify for the final stage.

Playoffs (August 6th – August 7th)
In the Playoffs, the 16 teams that emerged from League Week will participate in 6 matches spread over two days. This phase is essential, as only the top 12 teams will make it to the Grand Finals. The four teams with the lowest scores will be eliminated.

The team that tops the leaderboard after these matches will be declared the BGMI Master Series Season 3 champion, earning a prestigious spot in BGMS history.
