The cause of this login error remains unknown. The disruption occurs specifically for players using iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads, attempting to access the game through their Twitter accounts. Krafton has not yet released a timeframe for a potential fix.
In a blog post, Krafton addressed the issue –
“We have become aware of an issue affecting some of our players attempting to log in using Twitter or X accounts on iOS devices. The problem began at 03:15 PM, 03/05, displaying the error message “Failed to Login, Please try again 9999,9999″. Our team is actively investigating this issue to identify the root cause and implement a solution. Rest assured, we are working diligently to resolve this as swiftly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.”
