BGMI Lite Release: “BGMI Lite won’t be coming” says Ketan “K18” Patel. PUBG Mobile Lite got banned in India last year due to security concerns. After the Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) launch, the low-end device user base is eagerly waiting for the BGMI Lite. But there is no official announcement about the BGMI Lite release. Ketan “K18” Patel talked about the game in a recent vlog where he said, “Players who are waiting for the BGMI Lite, don’t wait for it. BGMI Lite won’t be coming.”
PUBG Mobile Lite, lower specs game for PUBG Mobile fans, is still banned in India. Last year Government of India has banned 112+ apps including PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite. PUBG Mobile finally come back with the rebranded version named ‘Battlegrounds Mobile India’. But there is still no confirmation from Krafton about the BGMI lite. Users who have low specs devices are eagerly waiting for the BGMI Lite release.
BGMI Lite Release: As we all know PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite got banned last year along with 112+ apps. The government of India has banned these apps due to national security concerns and data-sharing issues. After 9 months of Wait Battlegrounds Mobile India launched in India where Android users are playing the game and enjoying it. Krafton also introduced the first-ever Battlegrounds Mobile tournament with the name Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021. The tournament is currently in the registration process where players can register for the tournament with a prize pool of Rs 10,000,000 INR.
BGMI Lite Release: What are the chances of the game’s launch in India?
High-end and mid-range device users can easily play Battlegrounds Mobile India on their mobile devices but what about the low-end device users. PUBG Mobile Lite was introduced for low-end device users. After getting a ban in India there is no info about the PUBG Mobile Lite release. Krafton is keeping silent in this matter, they didn’t post any update regards the the game release. Low-end device users still waiting for their favorite game to be back soon in India. Before the ban of PUBG Mobile Lite, Tencent started hosting esports events of PUBG Mobile lite. Tencent has hosted PUBGM Lite Championship featuring Rs. 50,000 INR prize pool.
