Ben Simmons Trade: Unsettled Ben Simmons lists the New Jersey mansion for sale for $5M after 76ers suspension- Ben Simmons has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. From holding out of training camp to refusing to participate in drills, 76ers guard Ben Simmons has made his plans of getting out of Philadelphia sufficiently transparent. The former No. 1 pick took another step in his coveted Philadelphia exit on Wednesday as he listed his New Jersey mansion on various public real estate websites. Check out Ben Simmons house in Philadelphia:
Simmons’ Moorestown, New Jersey home has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, 10,477 square feet, and an asking price of $5 million. It’s located 23 miles from the training center of the Philadelphia 76ers Wells Fargo Center.

Simmons refused to play as a full participant at Tuesday’s practice, a day after he lingered outside a team huddle and mostly stayed alone in a corner without talking to teammates.
Embiid dropped multiple references Tuesday to not working as a babysitter anymore for the 25-year-old Australian guard, who still has four years and $147 million left on his max contract.

“I’m not here to babysit,” Embiid said. “I’d be willing to babysit if someone wants to listen, but that’s not my job. That’s out of my control.”
Simmons will not play Wednesday in New Orleans and it seems inconceivable he will suit up for Friday’s home opener in front of 20,000 furious fans ready to boo him out of the Wells Fargo Center.
