Thomas Tuchel joined Bayern Munich at the end of March. His first match at the club was against Borussia Dortmund in Bundesliga which was a league decider match. Bayern won the match and gained a lead over Dortmund. However, since then, they have drawn one and lost another match in the league which has put them 1 point behind current league-leader Borussia Dortmund.
In addition to that, Bayern lost against Freiburg and got knocked out of the DFB Pokal quarter-final. They also lost the Champions League quarter-final first leg and drew the second leg against Manchester City. They got knocked out of the Champions League as a result of that as well. In total, Tuchel has only managed to win 2 matches out of the 7 he managed at Bayern Munich.

They will be looking to do as much as possible to save their necks.
As per reports, five days before the last match of the Bundesliga, Bayern Munich bosses will sit for a meeting on May 22.
