BAN vs AUS 4th T20: RCB’s Australian all-rounder Dan Christian smashes 5 sixes off Shakib Al Hasan; Watch video – Daniel Christian showed his class on Saturday as the Australian all-rounder took a special liking to Bangladesh’s talisman Shakib Al Hasan. The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) all-rounder showed his ability to tonk the ball to help Australia beat Bangladesh by 3 wickets in the 4th T20.
Chasing 105 to win, Australia promoted Daniel Christian to No 3 after the openers had struggled to make the most of the field restrictions. The 38-year-old, enjoying a return to the side, took the bowling attack to the cleaners, and was particularly hard on Shakib Al Hasan. Shakib, who is Bangladesh’s leading wicket-taker across all formats, was taken to the cleaners in the fourth over, as Daniel Christian made the most of the opportunity.

BAN vs AUS 4th T20: Despite Daniel Christian’s efforts, Australia did struggle to motor along, and were soon reduced to 66/6, off which 30 runs came in one Shakib Al Hasan over. But in the end, Ashton Agar’s much-needed 27 off 27 balls helped Australia chase down the target with an over in hand.
Earlier, Bangladesh captain Mahmudullah won the toss and opted to bat first. But his didn’t bear fruits. Right from the beginning, they were off to a slow star. Barring three players- Naim Sheikh (28), Afif Hossain (20) and Mahedi Hasan (23), the rest of the host’s unit struggled to get runs with the willow.
