However, Babar’s best record is being the fastest player to score 2000, 2500, and 3000 runs in T20Is. Apart from these, the Lahore-born cricketer has the 2nd most Man of the Series awards and has captained his side in 71 matches (4th most).
Babar Azam Records in ODI
Babar has the 5th highest average of all time in ODI cricket. He is the fastest player to score 5,000 ODI runs and is in the top 5 quickest players to score 1000, 2000, 3000 and 4000 ODI runs.
He currently has the 2nd most ODI centuries for Pakistan (19 in 113 matches), behind just Saeed Anwar, who has 20 in 247 matches.

Currently, he is ranked 15th in the most runs list for Pakistan (3772 runs) and 17th in players with the most centuries for Pakistan (9). He is also 12th when it comes to the best average (47.74) for the Men in Green in the longest format of the game.
