Did Novak Djokovic lied? Court documents showed Djokovic tested positive on December 16 but the day after he reportedly attended an awards ceremony at the Novak Tennis Centre in Belgrade, where multiple photos on social media show the 34-year-old posing for photos with children without wearing a mask.
French newspaper L’Équipe also revealed Djokovic posed without a mask during a photo shoot on December 18.
In an Instagram post on Wednesday, Djokovic slammed the reports as “hurtful”.
“I want to address the continuing misinformation about my activities and attendance at events in December in the lead up to my positive PCR Covid test result,” Djokovic wrote in a lengthy statement.
“This is misinformation which needs to be corrected, particularly in the interest of alleviating broader concern in the community about my presence in Australia, and to address matters which are very hurtful and concerning to my family.
“I want to emphasise that I have tried very hard to ensure the safety of everyone and my compliance with testing obligations.

Not only this but THE SUN has reportd that Djokovic could face jail over claims he lied on his travel forms as bombshell pictures appear to show he travelled before jetting off to Australia.
Aussie Border Force officials are investigating whether the tennis star falsely claimed he had not visited another country on his application to fly to Oz.

The anti-vaxxer put on his travel declaration that he had not been abroad in the 14 days before landing in Oz – but pictures show him in two different countries within that time period.
Australian Travel Declaration form states he had not travelled in the 14 days before flying to OzOn its website, the Home Affairs Department warns that giving “false or misleading information” to the government is “a serious offence” carrying a possible jail term.
“If convicted, the maximum penalty is imprisonment for 12 months,” it says.
Djokovic now has clarified the status of his form.

SHOCK CLAIMS EMERGE OVER DJOKOVIC’S TEST RESULTS
A bombshell report from a German news outlet has also raised questions over the validity of Novak Djokovic’s Covid test results.
German newspaper Der Spiegel scanned the QR code linked to Djokovic’s digital test results from December 16 and found a “negative” reasult attached in the Serbian system.
Just an hour later, however, when journalists from Der Spiegel checked again, it read as positive.
Djokovic has relied on that positive test result to show he has grounds for an exemption to having to take the Covid vaccination under conditions of entry set out by the Australian Govnerment.
