Mitchell Starc is the latest in Australia’s list of injuries. The left-arm pacer dislocated his finger while fielding and bowled through the pain during the Boxing Day Test match. The 32-year-old did not stop even after he was bleeding, with blood stains all over his trousers.

While the severity of the same is unknown, he is likely to miss the 3rd Test. Starc’s fitness will be a huge cause of concern given the Border Gavaskar Trophy in India. The Aussies play 4 Tests in India starting in February. Starc forms a key part of their bowling arsenal.
