- Novak Djokovic can equal Swiss Tennis Maestro Roger Federer for most ATP Finals titles in the history of the tournament. Djokovic is currently tied with Ivan Lendl and Pete Sampras.
- He can become the oldest ATP Finals champion. Federer was 30 years old when he last won the tournament. Djokovic had last won the trophy in 2015.
- The Serbian legend can win the second most number of matches in ATP Finals. He is only one victory behind Ivan Lendl. The maximum number of wins is achieved by Roger Federer- 59
- Djokovic can win the ATP Finals in three different decades. He was won the title in 2008, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. Meanwhile, Federer has registered victory in 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2010 and 2011.
- He can win the trophy in three different countries, only the third player after Roger Federer and Ilie Nastase. Federer won the tournament in USA, UK and China.
