AUS vs ENG 1st Test LIVE – CSK’s Moeen Ali: Ahead of IPL 2022, Chennai Super Kings had recently announced their retentions and the England all-rounder Moeen Ali was retained for 8 Crores each for the next 3 seasons.
But it seems, 34-year-old Moeen has already started planning for his career after cricket as an expert on LIVE Broadcast. Moeen has been roped in as cricket expert for the ASHES by BT Sport.
Moeen will appear on studio shows along with fellow Australian players Alastair Cook, Steve Harmison and Mark Butcher.

Glenn McGrath to do commentary: The former Australia fast bowler, who took 157 wickets in 30 Ashes Tests will be part of BT’s small reporting team at the Gabba. It is worth noting that McGrath has predicted 5-0 victory for Australia in the Ashes.
Michael Vaughan again goes unlucky, test Covid-19 positive
Ashes LIVE: Meanwhile Ashes woes for former England captain Michael Vaughan is continuing. After being dropped by BT Sport from the commentary panel now Vaughan has tested Covid-19 positive.
He was roped in as expert for Fox Sports. But will miss the first two Tests as he is still in the UK after testing positive for Covid last week.
BT have also agreed a deal with Australian rights holders Fox Sports to provide a commentary feed.
AUS vs ENG Head to Head in Ashes: The historic series is played at least once every two years between two powerhouses and dates back to a series played between them across 1882 and 1883.
- Since then, 71 Ashes series have taken place and the two nations remain pretty much equal.
- Australia has won 33
- England has won 32 with six drawn series between them.
- The last series took place in 2019 and resulted in a 2-2 draw, the first since 1972.
Ashes LIVE Broadcast SCHEDULE
Australia and England will face off each other in 5 Tests, starting December 8 and running till January 18.
The opening Test will be played in Brisbane from December 8-12 while Adelaide will host the second Test from December 16-20.
The third Test will be played at Melbourne from December 26-30. The 4th Test is scheduled to be played at Sydney from January 5-9, 2022.
The 5th and final test was to be played at Perth from January 14-18 but Cricket Australia has moved the match out.
A new venue for what might be the deciding match of the five-test series has yet to be named.
Ashes LIVE Broadcast Timings: The first Test will start at 5:30 AM IST while the second Test will start at 9.30 AM IST. The 3rd and the 4th Test both start at 5 AM IST. The time of the 5th Test is yet to be decided.
