AS Gaming Channel Hacked

Akshay Rana, Sahil’s younger brother, revealed this on his YouTube channel a few hours back. According to Akshay, AS Gaming Channel was hacked on 28 August 2022. The reason behind the potential hack is still unknown, but speculations by them say that there are involvements of third-party links.

A few hours later, the YouTuber’s primary channel, AS Gaming, was successfully restored, but as of now (writing), one of his secondary channels, Sahil Rana, is still hacked.

Sahil Rana is the secondary channel where he uploads vlogs and challenge videos. However, viewers can only find unrelated content that the hacker has posted in the last day or two. Hence, viewers must refrain from opening the videos and clicking on links that can be harmful.

Akshay’s take on the hacking

Talking about his incident, Akshay Rana mentioned that the hacker had shared some cryptocurrency links on AS Gaming’s Livestream after the channel was hacked. In his opinion, such links would have posed a threat of hacking PCs, Channels, or phones. Therefore, viewers should not click on any link provided by any weird videos posted on the channels, including AS Gaming, A_S Shorts, Sahil Rana, A_S highlights, RWT, A_S Tech, and others.

As of now, the main channel, AS Gaming (18 million subs) is back. It remains to be seen when the others come back. For future updates on Garena Free Fire and Free Fire Max, follow InsideSport.IN.
