Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate were arrested on 29th December last year on suspicion of organizing crime groups and indulging in activities like human trafficking and rape charges. Both brothers served their time in Romanian custody without any solid evidence and are finally allowed to return back to their families whilst staying under house arrest. This means that all the activities of both the brothers are constantly being monitored by the Romanian police and the Tate brothers are deprived of their rights to move around freely.

Both Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate always denied being involved in any of the charges levied on them. Also, the Romanian police had to let them return back to their families because of a lack of evidence. The Tate brothers served their time in prison of more than 3 months without the authorities having any firm evidence of what they said the victims were claiming.

As per the information, DIICOT is furious the CCTV footage providing the Tate brother’s innocence was leaked for the whole world to see. Their false human trafficking allegations were debunked. So now they have been adding new false charges desperate to falsely detain the Tate brothers.
The Tate brother’s initial request was to forward the complaints the Tate brothers filed against the two “victims” who were making false claims against them to the authorities in April.
If the Romanian Judicial system approves looking into the two victims who have made their claim against the Tate brothers, then the charges levied on the brothers will be dropped. And the women will face jail time for making false accusations.
