Alexa Grasso UFC title: Mexico is unquestionably a country of combat sports. The number of athletes from this nation competing in the UFC is rising. The fighters are as dedicated, determined, and passionate about upholding the fighting legacy as celebrated boxers like Canelo Alvarez, who will return to the ring on May 6. One such competitor is Alexa Grasso, who won the title of the first person of Mexican heritage to represent the UFC by defeating Valentina Shevchenko in the UFC 285 co-main event. A recent interview with Grasso stated that she would watch Canelo’s boxing battle live in Mexico. Follow the latest UFC News Updates with InsideSport.IN

Alexa Grasso to bring his UFC title at Canelo Alvarez vs John Ryder

Alexa Grasso was recently questioned about whether she would attend Canelo Alvarez vs. John Ryder in Mexico during an interview with Marc Raimondi of ESPN MMA. In response, Grasso said, “Of course, I will. I like him (Canelo).” Then Marc requested the newly crowned UFC champion bring her championship to the Canelo Boxing fight. She retorted, “No, I’m too shy to grab the UFC belt and attend the event. It’s a little strange. “I hope I may meet him as I truly admire him,” Grasso continued.

Grasso vs Shevchenko rematch

Alexa Grasso wants to defend her title for the first time at home, ideally this fall. At UFC 285 earlier this month, Grasso stunned the MMA community by submitting veteran women’s flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko via rear-naked choke.

Shevchenko suffered his first defeat in his illustrious flyweight career at the finish, and after the fight, the former champion demanded a rematch right away. Shevchenko, who had made seven successful defenses before UFC 285, will probably receive that chance, and she is more than willing to accept.

When asked if a rematch is forthcoming, Grasso responded, “I hope so,” on Monday’s episode of The MMA Hour. “I do. I would want to fight with her once again because she asked for that. Imagine a second fight because I know she’s extremely competitive and a perfectionist like myself. Knowing about the first fight and what I did, I’m curious how she’ll act in this second one and what she’ll try to do. I also have a lot of things to accomplish, improve, and advance. It will resemble a game of chess.”
