The 49th edition of the King’s Cup is scheduled to take place in Thailand from September 7 to 10. By securing the last spot in Pot 2, India will successfully avoid all teams in Pot 2, which includes Uzbekistan, China, Jordan, Bahrain, Syria, Vietnam, Palestine, and Kyrgyzstan.
The qualifiers will most likely be jam-packed during the international window of November–December and provide a significant challenge for the Indian team. The country is now expected to be in Pot 2 and will be praying for a generous draw as things stand.
