The 32-year-old star has played more than 300 games for the Sky Blues and scored 58 goals including 40 assists. He has won five league titles which is an incredible achievement. He also won domestic cups like EFL Cup. FA Cup and Champions League is missing from his Man City career so he can aim for both titles this month.

One thing is sure Man City is willing to let their captain find a challenge in another league and they should be happy with his contribution. Barcelona and AC Milan are two clubs who can sign the German in the summer window. Barcelona are dealing with financial issues so the Serie A club has an advantage. His final decision will come after the UCL final and he may announce his new club at the end of this month.
