USA batter Pargat Singh became the first batter to be run out in the T20 World Cup 2024 when he made an error in judgement. With Canada in a good position, Pargat scampered for a second run which was never on. The batter dived in a desperate attempt to save himself but fell short of the crease by quite some margin.
